From the Banko Gotiti Washing Station in Gedeb, this coffee is roasted to a City Roast, bringing out notes of brown sugar and dark chocolate, with a subtle orange-peel brightness.
Its natural floral character and tea-like nuance are balanced with mellow bitterness and sweetness, creating a smooth, full-bodied cup.
